Can I use a blower for cellulose or fiberglass?

A blower for fiberglass or cellulose insulation will not work

No, those blowers are specifically designed for aerating short, weak fibers. In contrast, Havelock Wool fibers are long and exceptionally strong. Unfortunately, our wool fibers have a tendency to wrap around moving components such as hoppers, agitators, and airlocks, which can lead to significant challenges when trying to untangle them. We have certainly learned this lesson through experience! Interestingly, some of the most effective commercial wool blowers are actually insulation removal vacuums. Many users possess these tools but may not be aware of their suitability for working with our products.
