Why is shipping so expensive?

Shipping insulation can be costly due to its lightweight yet bulky nature. Our shipments originate from a single location in Reno, NV. For customers located in the Western United States, shipping costs are generally manageable. However, those in the Eastern regions may encounter higher shipping expenses.  We do our best to discount shipping, often up to 20%.  This makes it a cost center for us but hopefully allows for more wool in more walls.
